Mr. Rotimi Odusola is a seasoned professional with over two decades of leadership experience, demonstrating his expertise across a spectrum of multi-functional roles. His career encompasses legal practice, corporate and regulatory affairs, and commercial legal management, making him a valuable asset in the corporate world.
In November 2014, Mr. Odusola joined Guinness Nigeria as the Legal Director, a position that marked the beginning of his significant contributions to the company. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Manager, Commercial Legal at MTN Nigeria Communications Limited, where he provided proactive legal advice and support to various units within the multinational telecommunications business in Nigeria. His tenure at MTN Nigeria equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of the telecommunications industry.
Before his time at MTN Nigeria, Mr. Odusola held the position of Senior Associate at Aluko & Oyebode, a renowned commercial law firm in Nigeria. In this capacity, he offered comprehensive legal advisory services to major clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, tobacco, agro-allied and food processing, oil and gas, telecommunications, aviation, and banking. His legal expertise and advisory prowess were integral to the success of clients spanning these various sectors.

Mr. Odusola's impressive journey continued with his appointment as the Company Secretary of Guinness Nigeria on January 29, 2016. In this role, he took on the crucial responsibility of managing the company's corporate governance and compliance requirements. His meticulous attention to legal and regulatory matters further solidified the company's standing in the industry.
Building on his achievements, Mr. Odusola assumed the role of Corporate Relations Director at Guinness Nigeria PLC on March 1, 2021. This new role reflects his expanded responsibilities, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the company's corporate image, managing stakeholder relations, and driving corporate affairs.
